Tasting Notes
In the glass, it presents a bright, translucent ruby hue that hints at its finesse. The nose is fragrant and enticing, with wild strawberries, raspberries, and cherry at the fore, layered with subtle spice and a peppery edge. The palate is silky and supple, with a soft texture and a juicy, mouthwatering freshness that keeps the wine lively from start to finish. Decanting is not essential, though a brief splash in the glass can help open it up.
