Production

Vinification follows a traditional Bordeaux approach, with parcel-by-parcel selection and élevage in oak to preserve freshness while building depth and texture.

This is an excellent match for classic red meats such as grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef tenderloin, or duck breast, as well as rich dishes with mushrooms or truffle. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to open fully.
