Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a golden hue that hints at both ripeness and concentration. The nose is expressive and layered, with aromas of peach, apricot, and citrus framed by a distinct mineral edge. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, balancing vivid acidity with generous fruit, while the finish is long, refined, and subtly salty-mineral. This is a wine with excellent aging potential, and the magnum format should help it evolve even more gracefully over time. With cellaring, the fruit will deepen and the mineral character will become even more pronounced.

Production
The grapes come from the steep slopes of the Kupfergrube vineyard in the Nahe, a site known for its demanding terrain and distinctive mineral expression. The fruit is hand-harvested and carefully selected before being gently pressed to preserve purity and aromatic detail. The vinification is carried out with a focus on finesse and terroir expression, resulting in a dry white wine with precision, concentration, and structure.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, and delicate white meats, especially when served with simple sauces or subtle seasoning. It is best enjoyed well chilled, around 8–10°C, and will benefit from a short aeration or decanting if served young, particularly from the magnum.
