Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a clear ruby-red color with attractive brightness and subtle depth. The nose opens with ripe cherries, red berries, and delicate floral nuances, followed by hints of spice and a fine earthy complexity that develops with time in the glass. On the palate, this Riserva is elegant, balanced, and full of finesse, with juicy red fruit, silky tannins, and a satisfying sense of length. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Alto Adige DOC, the wine benefits from the cool alpine climate and varied soils of Trentino-Alto Adige, where warm days and cooler nights help preserve freshness and aromatic detail. The grapes are carefully harvested to ensure optimal ripeness, and vinification is carried out to highlight elegance, purity of fruit, and the refined structure typical of high-quality mountain Pinot Noir.

This wine pairs especially well with roasted poultry, duck breast, mushroom risotto, veal, and dishes featuring earthy flavors such as truffles or porcini. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and consider opening it in advance or decanting briefly if you want the aromas to open up more fully.
