Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine shows a pale straw color with soft golden reflections. The nose is expressive and inviting, opening with pineapple, grapefruit, and ripe citrus, followed by floral nuances and a subtle Mediterranean spice. On the palate, it is lively and focused, with crisp acidity giving the wine energy and tension. Citrus and tropical fruit are supported by a fine mineral edge and a faint saline touch, leading to a fresh, aromatic, and impressively persistent finish. This is a white wine meant to be enjoyed young while its fruit and brightness are at their most vivid, though its balance suggests it will remain enjoyable over the near term.

Production
Produced in Puglia from the rare Maresco grape, Sulla Maresco reflects the region’s sunny terroir and coastal influence. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel to preserve purity, freshness, and aromatic precision, allowing the wine’s fruit-driven character and saline mineral notes to come through clearly.

Food & Serving
A versatile aperitif wine, it also pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled or simply prepared fish, seafood pasta, and fresh summer dishes. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant.
