Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, насыщенный ruby to garnet color with excellent density. The nose is generous and layered, with ripe dark berries, plum, black cherry, warm spice, and subtle notes of cocoa, vanilla, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with ripe fruit, supple tannins, and a warm, rounded texture balanced by good structure. The wine has the concentration and complexity to develop further with time, and its aging potential makes it a rewarding bottle to cellar for several years.

Production
This wine comes from old Primitivo vines in Manduria, in the heart of Apulia, where warm days, cooling coastal influences, and poor, well-drained soils help produce grapes of remarkable concentration. The fruit is carefully harvested and selected to preserve quality, then vinified with a focus on extracting depth, balance, and aromatic precision before maturation that enhances the wine’s elegance and aging capacity.

Food & Serving
Ideal with grilled or roasted red meats, lamb, braised dishes, game, and mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C; decanting for about 30–60 minutes is recommended to allow the wine to खुल fully and show its best aromatic complexity.
