Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate yet vivid pink hue with a lovely luminous sheen. The nose is generous and inviting, opening with red summer fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, lifted by blood orange, floral hints, and a subtle touch of Mediterranean spice. On the palate, it is graceful and juicy, with crisp acidity, a fine hint of spice, and a mineral finish marked by a slight saline note that adds length and refreshment. Built for immediate enjoyment, it is best enjoyed young while its fruit purity and freshness are at their brightest.

Production
Made from 100% Susumaniello grown in Salento IGP, this rosé reflects the warm coastal terroir of Puglia, where the grape finds its distinctive personality. The grapes are gently pressed, the juice undergoes cool fermentation, and the wine is then matured for a few months in stainless steel to preserve its fruit expression and vibrant freshness.

Food & Serving
Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, summer salads, light pasta dishes, and antipasti, this rosé also works beautifully as a refined aperitif. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
