Production
Produced from exceptionally old vines, more than sixty years in age, this Primitivo draws its depth and character from mature plantings that naturally yield small, concentrated berries. The wine reflects the warm terroir of Puglia and is crafted with maturation in both French and American oak, which adds layers of complexity, spice, and subtle toasted notes to the ripe fruit profile.

Food & Serving
This is a superb match for grilled beef, game, slow-cooked stews, and mature cheeses, where its richness and depth can shine. Serve at around 16–18°C for the best expression, and decanting for about 30–60 minutes is recommended to allow the aromatics and structure to open fully.
