Production
Salon is produced only in exceptional vintages from Chardonnay grown in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the most prized Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs. The village’s deep chalk soils and cool climate give the wine its hallmark tension, elegance, and mineral precision. Harvest is carried out by hand, and vinification is carried out with meticulous care to preserve purity and site expression, with long aging on lees contributing to its fine texture and complexity.
