Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby to garnet hue, hinting at its dark-fruited core and graceful structure. The nose is layered and unmistakably Tuscan, opening with sour cherry, blackcurrant, and plum preserves, then unfolding into the floral notes so typical of Vino Nobile: violet and a touch of blue lilac. On the palate, the wine is supple and polished, with soft tannins that give shape without aggression. Dark red fruit remains at the center, lifted by a subtle bitter almond nuance and a juicy, peppery finish. It is already very approachable, but the balance and structure suggest it will continue to evolve nicely over the next several years.
