Tasting Notes
Typically pale salmon-pink in the glass, this rosé is light, bright, and inviting. Production
Sourced from Côtes de Provence vineyards, the wine reflects the Mediterranean climate and the region’s classic combination of sun, coastal influence, and rocky, well-drained soils. The grapes are typically harvested early to preserve freshness and aromatic purity, then vinified with gentle handling and cool fermentation to maintain the wine’s pale color and vibrant character.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. It pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled prawns, Niçoise salad, summer vegetables, light goat cheese, and Mediterranean dishes. Decanting is not necessary.
