Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a pale, delicate pink hue that hints at its freshness and finesse. The palate is crisp and energetic, balancing juicy red berry fruit with clean acidity and a dry, refreshing finish. Made in Toscana from Sangiovese grown in a climate shaped by warm days and cooling influences that preserve acidity and aromatic clarity. The grapes are typically handled with restraint to capture delicacy rather than extraction, with vinification aimed at preserving freshness, precision, and the variety’s signature character.

Food & Serving
This rosé is ideal with antipasti, grilled vegetables, fresh salads, seafood, light pasta dishes, and cured meats. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant.
