Production
Made from 100% Nebbiolo, this wine comes from the Langhe area in Piedmont, where the combination of hillside vineyards, cool temperatures, and well-drained soils helps preserve freshness and aromatic precision. After a 7–8 day maceration on the skins at a controlled 26°C, the wine is aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak casks, followed by 6 months in bottle to round out the structure and integrate the flavors.

Food & Serving
This Langhe Nebbiolo is a versatile partner for Piedmontese cuisine and works beautifully with risotto with mushrooms, roast poultry, veal, pork, and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decanting for about 30 minutes is recommended if you want the aromas to open up fully.
