Rivera Terre al Monte Sauvignon 2024 is an elegant white wine from one of Puglia’s leading estates, bringing together the freshness of a cool hillside site and the finesse that has made Rivera a benchmark in Castel del Monte. Crafted with the precision and balance the family has refined over decades, it offers a modern take on Sauvignon Blanc with a distinctly Southern Italian sense of texture and depth.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, clean straw-yellow colour with a lively sheen. The nose is expressive and citrus-driven, with notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, white flowers and a subtle mineral edge, lifted by a gentle creamy nuance from lees aging. On the palate, the wine is crisp and focused, yet more layered than a typical Sauvignon Blanc thanks to its four months on the lees in concrete. Expect juicy citrus fruit, good intensity and a supple, rounded mouthfeel, finishing with refreshing length and clarity. It should drink beautifully now, but can also develop extra nuance over the next 1–3 years.
