Made from Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau, and Moscato Giallo, it combines aromatic charm with a lively, food-friendly style that makes it especially appealing for those who enjoy crisp yet rounded white wines.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, Lenz Bianco shows a clear, radiant color with a fresh and inviting appearance. The bouquet opens with notes of apple blossom, herbs, and ripe tropical fruit, giving it a fragrant and distinctly spring-like profile. On the palate, it is juicy and rounded, supported by vibrant acidity that keeps the wine energetic and balanced. A subtle bitter nuance on the finish adds definition and length. Best enjoyed young for its aromatic brightness, though it should hold well over the short to medium term if stored properly.

Production
The grapes come from the Vigneti delle Dolomiti area in Oltradige and Bassa Atesina, where vineyards sit at 250 to 450 meters above sea level. This cool, elevated mountain terroir is well suited to white varieties, helping preserve freshness, clarity, and aromatic precision in the finished wine. Each grape variety is handled separately on arrival at the winery. After a short maceration, the bunches are gently pressed and the must is clarified before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 20°C. The wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel to maintain purity of fruit and a clean, focused style.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile white wine that shines with light starters, delicate risottos, and fish dishes, especially white fish prepared simply with herbs, citrus, or olive oil. It is best served well chilled, around 8-10°C, and does not require decanting.
