Tasting Notes

Production
Com Tu is made from Garnatxa grown around La Figuera, one of Montsant’s distinctive high-altitude areas. The wine is matured in large foudres, a traditional format that allows the fruit and mineral character of the site to remain at the forefront while gently integrating the wine.
