Production
Rauzan-Ségla’s vineyards lie in the heart of Margaux, where gravelly soils and the tempering influence of the Gironde create ideal conditions for slow, even ripening. The estate is known for meticulous vineyard management and careful parcel selection, allowing each plot to be harvested at optimal maturity. Vinification is carried out with a focus on preserving aromatic purity, structure, and finesse, followed by élevage in French oak to bring added complexity and texture without overwhelming the wine’s natural elegance.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with classic dishes such as roast lamb, beef fillet, duck breast, venison, and mushroom-based preparations. It also works well with aged hard cheeses and truffle dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the bouquet and tannins to open fully.
