Description
Rapaura Springs Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is an expressive New Zealand white wine that captures the region’s signature combination of vibrant freshness and generous fruit. A cool period during the growing season extended ripening, helping create an especially aromatic vintage with ripe tropical character and the lively energy for which Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is celebrated worldwide.
Tasting Notes
The nose is bright and inviting, led by passion fruit, citrus and tropical fruit, with fresh green and subtly spicy nuances adding complexity. On the palate, it is juicy and lively, combining ripe citrus and tropical fruit with crisp, refreshing acidity. The fruit is generous and rounded, giving the wine a pleasant sense of softness and body while maintaining a clean, dry profile. The finish is long, fresh and thirst-quenching, with persistent citrus and tropical notes. Best enjoyed young to appreciate its vibrant aromatics and freshness.
Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its bright acidity and tropical fruit character make it an excellent match for fresh seafood, sushi, shellfish, grilled fish, goat’s cheese, green salads and lightly spiced Asian dishes. No decanting is required; open shortly before serving or pour directly into Sauvignon Blanc glasses.
