Quilceda Creek sources fruit from highly regarded vineyards in Washington’s Columbia Valley, where warm daytime temperatures, cool nights, and well-drained soils help Cabernet Sauvignon achieve both ripeness and freshness. The wine is crafted in a Bordeaux-inspired style, with careful harvesting and selection of premium parcels. After fermentation, it is aged for around 20 months in 100% French oak barrels, adding depth, texture, and refined complexity.
