Notes of strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and redcurrant linger through the finish, which is surprisingly long for such an easy-drinking red. Best enjoyed young and lightly chilled, when its fruity character is at its most expressive.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled, ideally around 12–14°C, to bring out the wine’s bright fruit and refreshing character. It works beautifully with antipasti, charcuterie, pizza, grilled fish, light meat dishes, summer barbecue, or simply as a casual aperitif. Decanting is not necessary.
