Tasting Notes
Deeply expressive yet beautifully refined, this 2021 Riserva opens with aromas of wild berries, sour cherry, and blue flowers, layered over a striking mineral signature of crushed chalk and flinty stone. On the palate, the wine is defined by elegant fruit, fine-grained tannins, and a vivid sense of focus, with the mineral element lending clarity and tension rather than weight. The balance between fruit and stony precision gives the wine exceptional identity and length. Built on structure and freshness, it has the concentration and poise to age gracefully for many years, gaining complexity, nuance, and savory depth with bottle maturity.

Production
Rabajà comes from a small 3.7-hectare parcel on calcareous clay soils in the Barbaresco zone of Piedmont, a terroir known for producing wines with tension, finesse, and mineral nuance. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity of fruit and aromatic definition, then matured in large oak botti, maintaining a traditional style while allowing the site’s character to remain front and center.

Food & Serving
This is an ideal match for braised beef, roast lamb, game birds, truffle risotto, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C and, if possible, decant for 1–2 hours to allow the wine’s aromatics and structure to fully раскрыться.
