Production
Following a short maceration, the wine undergoes a slow fermentation at controlled temperature to preserve its aromatic character and balance. It then spends several months on fine lees, developing greater volume and complexity, before maturing in cement and stainless-steel tanks. Serve lightly chilled at approximately 10–12°C. Decanting is not necessary, though opening the bottle shortly before serving will give its floral and honeyed aromas time to unfold.
