Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is layered and expressive, with citrus, white flowers, roasted hazelnuts, brioche, and ripe stone fruit, lifted by subtle hints of honey and spice. On the palate, it is powerful yet precise, combining impressive concentration with freshness and poise. The finish is long, mineral, and beautifully textured, with the depth to evolve gracefully over decades.

Production
The 2018 vintage benefited from a warm, generous growing season in Champagne, producing fully ripe grapes with remarkable balance and intensity. Sourced exclusively from Pol Roger’s best Grand Cru vineyards, the wine is built primarily on Pinot Noir, supported by Chardonnay, with the final composition kept confidential in keeping with tradition. Careful vinification preserves both richness and precision, resulting in a Champagne of exceptional structure and longevity.

This Champagne is a natural match for refined dishes such as lobster, scallops, truffle risotto, roasted poultry, or even aged Parmesan.
