Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, elegant golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens with ripe apple, pear, and citrus, followed by subtle layers of roasted nuts, brioche, and a gentle mineral edge. The palate is full-bodied and beautifully balanced, with freshness at the core and a long, composed finish. Its complexity suggests excellent aging potential, and this is a Champagne that should develop additional richness and tertiary notes with time in bottle.

Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and consider brief decanting only if the wine is showing particularly closed on opening, though it is usually best enjoyed directly from the bottle.
