Made from 100% Moscato Bianco/Moscato Reale and crafted with Planeta’s trademark attention to detail, it combines rich sweetness with vibrant freshness and a long family heritage rooted in Sicily’s land and traditions.

Tasting Notes
Pale golden in the glass, it immediately seduces with an intensely aromatic bouquet of apricot, rose petals, papaya, and quince. On the palate, it is lush and generous, with a full, sweet texture lifted by lively citrus notes that keep the wine feeling fresh and balanced. The finish leans toward nougat and candied ginger, adding depth and a gentle spice-like complexity. This is a wine that can be enjoyed now for its exuberant aromatic profile, but it also has the structure to hold well over the next few years.

Production
Made in the Noto DOC in southeastern Sicily, this organic passito reflects a warm Mediterranean terroir shaped by sun, wind, and limestone-rich soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of August, then dried for around 40 days in a drying loft to concentrate sugars, aromas, and flavor before undergoing a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to preserve its aromatic precision and freshness. It pairs wonderfully with fruit tarts, almond pastries, candied citrus desserts, blue cheese, or simply enjoyed on its own as a refined after-dinner wine. Decanting is not necessary.
