Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright garnet hue with ruby highlights, already hinting at its elegance and depth. The nose is layered and expressive, with red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petal, dried herbs, liquorice, and subtle earthy and mineral notes that unfold gradually. On the palate, expect a firm yet polished structure, vibrant acidity, and finely grained tannins that frame the fruit rather than overpower it. The wine is built for ageing and should develop beautifully over time, gaining complexity, savoury nuance, and softer texture with cellaring.

Production
