Tasting Notes
Expect a bright ruby color with a polished, transparent character in the glass. The nose is lifted and graceful, with aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, cranberry, and a subtle hint of spice and earthy nuance. On the palate, it is typically supple and linear, with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a clean, savory finish. Its balance and finesse make it appealing now, while its structure should allow for a few years of graceful development.

Sourced from Alsace vineyards, the wine reflects the region’s cool continental climate and diverse soils, which help preserve freshness and aromatic detail in Pinot Noir. This wine pairs beautifully with roast chicken, duck breast, pork tenderloin, mushroom dishes, or salmon. Serve slightly chilled at around 14–16°C, and decanting is generally not necessary unless the bottle has been cellared for some time.
