Tasting Notes

Production
Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in southern France, where the warm climate helps develop ripe, juicy fruit while maintaining the grape’s natural elegance. The wine is vinified gently, with a focus on preserving freshness and aromatic clarity, and is produced primarily in stainless steel to keep the fruit pure and the texture bright.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and enjoy it as an aperitif or alongside light, fresh dishes. It pairs well with salads, grilled seafood, chicken, summer vegetables, sushi, and mild soft cheeses. Decanting is not necessary.
