Grapes are hand-harvested parcel by parcel at optimal maturity, then sorted rigorously before vinification. Fermentation typically takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel or concrete vats, with gentle extraction to preserve finesse. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, a significant portion of which are new, allowing the oak to frame rather than dominate the pure, aromatic fruit and to build the wine’s silky structure and aging potential.
