Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows the depth you expect from top-tier Napa Cabernet, with a dark, concentrated core and a polished, almost regal feel. The nose opens with blackcurrant, blackberry, lavender, tobacco leaf, pencil shavings, pine needles, and sage, giving it both richness and lift. The palate follows with layers of dark cherry, mocha, cinnamon, leather, smoke, and vanilla, all wrapped in a structured yet supple frame. The oak is beautifully integrated after 18 months in French barrels, and the wine has the balance and concentration to age gracefully for another 15-20 years, gaining even more complexity with time.

Au Paradis is planted in the heart of Oakville AVA, one of Napa Valley’s most prized terroirs, where warm days, cool evenings, and well-drained soils create ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. The cuvée is built to a strict house style of at least 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Cabernet Franc, and the wine is matured for 18 months in French oak to add depth, texture, and spice.
