Tasting Notes
The wine shows a clear, pale straw-yellow colour with delicate green reflections. Its lively nose combines grapefruit and lime with crisp green apple, passion fruit and fresh gooseberry. Subtle notes of cut grass and citrus blossom add extra freshness and aromatic complexity. Dry and energetic on the palate, it delivers bright citrus and tropical flavours of passion fruit and guava, supported by refreshing acidity and a lightly mineral character. The finish is clean, crisp and lingering. This Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed young, while its vibrant fruit and freshness are at their most expressive, rather than intended for extended cellaring.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its lively acidity makes it an excellent match for fresh salads, grilled fish, prawns, oysters and lobster, while the tropical fruit notes also complement lightly spiced seafood dishes. It is equally enjoyable as an aperitif on a warm day. Decanting is not necessary; simply open, chill and serve.
