Pédesclaux is located in Pauillac on Bordeaux’s Left Bank, where gravelly soils and the nearby Gironde estuary help create ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon, the dominant force in the blend. The estate’s vineyards benefit from well-drained terroir that encourages ripening while preserving freshness and structure.
