Tasting Notes
The wine shows a vibrant, polished character with a medium ruby hue and a graceful, translucent brightness typical of great Pinot Noir. The nose opens with layers of blackcurrant, cherry, and raspberry, followed by earthy undertones, violets, herbs, and a subtle touch of spice and oak. On the palate, it is silk-textured and finely balanced, with fresh acidity carrying red fruit, floral notes, and savory complexity through a long, seductive finish. Production
The grapes come from Peay Family’s own vineyards on the West Sonoma Coast, where cool maritime influence, steep slopes, and well-drained soils create ideal conditions for Pinot Noir.
