Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shines with a bright, pale golden hue. The nose opens with citrus, green apple, and white blossom, layered with subtle hints of toasted nuts, vanilla, and gentle oak spice. On the palate, the wine is elegant and finely textured, balancing crisp acidity with a creamy mid-palate. Flavors of ripe orchard fruit, citrus zest, and a distinct mineral edge lead into a long, harmonious finish. It is enjoyable now, but it should continue to evolve gracefully over the next 5–7 years.

Production
Sourced from the cool West Sonoma Coast, the vineyard benefits from Pacific breezes and morning fog that slow ripening and preserve natural acidity. This coastal terroir gives the Chardonnay its vibrant freshness and pronounced mineral character. The wine is carefully vinified and aged in French oak barrels, adding subtle layers of texture and complexity without overpowering the fruit.

Food & Serving
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, lobster, scallops, creamy pasta dishes, and delicate mushroom risotto. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short period in the glass can help reveal its full aromatic range.
