Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a bright, inviting ruby color that hints at its freshness and energy. The nose opens with ripe raspberry, cherry, and red floral notes, followed by more subtle layers of forest berry, earthy undertones, and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is silky and refined, with vibrant acidity supporting a layered, expressive core of red and dark berry fruit. The finish is long and graceful, with lingering spice and savory complexity. While already highly appealing in its youth, the wine has the structure and balance to develop further complexity over the next several years.

The grapes come from Cep Vineyards’ estate in the West Sonoma Coast, where cool temperatures, rolling terrain, and strong maritime influences create ideal conditions for Pinot Noir. The fruit is hand-harvested to preserve quality and ensure careful selection, and the winemaking emphasizes transparency, precision, and site expression to capture the character of the vintage and vineyard.
