Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep garnet color with impressive concentration. The nose is layered and seductive, offering ripe blackcurrant, plum, violets, cedar, tobacco, and subtle hints of spice and graphite. On the palate, it is plush yet beautifully structured, with silky tannins, generous dark fruit, and remarkable balance. The finish is long and graceful, with freshness and mineral drive that will allow it to age superbly for many years, developing greater complexity over time.

This wine pairs exceptionally well with roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck, venison, or truffle-based dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for 1–2 hours if drinking now to allow the aromas and structure to fully open.
