Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, dark color that hints at its concentration and ripeness. The bouquet opens with cherry, blackcurrant, plum and violet, layered with licorice, dried herbs, dark chocolate, bergamot and a touch of orange peel. On the palate, it is plush and warmly textured, with bold fruit, savory spice and a long, enveloping finish. Despite its approachable style, the wine has the structure and depth to age gracefully for several years, gaining extra complexity over time.

Jayson Red is produced in California with a Bordeaux-inspired blend led by Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and a touch of Malbec. The style reflects Napa Valley’s ripe fruit profile and powerful structure, while the blend adds lift, aromatic complexity and a classic sense of balance.
