Tasting Notes
In the glass, it pours a deep, almost opaque ruby-purple. The bouquet is layered with black cherry, cassis, and plum, followed by graphite, cedar, leather, tobacco, and a hint of dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with dense black fruit, firm yet polished tannins, and fresh mountain acidity that keeps the wine balanced and long. It finishes with impressive length and a muscular, age-worthy profile, and will continue to develop beautifully over many years.

Sourced from Howell Mountain in Napa Valley, a high-elevation site known for its rocky soils, cooler nights, and naturally low yields, this Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the region’s powerful mountain terroir. The fruit is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and is crafted to emphasize concentration, structure, and purity of fruit, resulting in a wine with clear site expression and strong aging potential.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for rich, savory dishes such as grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb chops, or roast beef, as well as aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C; decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended to help the wine खुल up and soften its tannins.
