In the glass, Le Volte typically shows a deep ruby color with youthful brightness. The nose is inviting and expressive, with ripe red and dark berries, Mediterranean herbs, and a subtle hint of spice and earthiness that adds dimension. On the palate, the wine is balanced and generous, offering Sangiovese’s lively fruit and lift, Merlot’s softness, and Cabernet Sauvignon’s firmer frame and complexity. It finishes with good freshness and a refined, easy-drinking style, while still having the structure to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Le Volte is crafted from a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Tuscan terroirs that bring both ripeness and character. The wine is designed as an expression of the estate’s best complementary parcels, with harvesting carried out to preserve fruit purity and balance. Vinification focuses on combining the Mediterranean generosity of Sangiovese with the depth and structure of the Bordeaux varieties, resulting in a harmonious and polished final blend.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled meats, roasted poultry, pasta with rich tomato-based sauces, and Tuscan-inspired dishes such as ribollita or pappardelle with ragù. Serve at around 16–18°C, and while decanting is not essential, a short aeration can help open the wine’s aromatics if served young.
