Olivini Lugana DOC is a fresh, fruit-driven white from the shores of Lake Garda, crafted by a family with winemaking roots dating back to 1970. Made from Trebbiano di Lugana, it combines the region’s signature brightness with a rounder, more generous style that makes it as versatile as it is enjoyable.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow colour with lively reflections. The nose is clean and inviting, offering citrus, white flowers, and fresh orchard fruit, with a subtle mineral edge that reflects its Lugana origins. The palate is medium-bodied and pleasantly full, with ripe fruit at the centre balanced by crisp acidity that keeps the wine refreshing and elegant. A stainless-steel maturation helps preserve the wine’s purity and freshness, while the structure suggests it can be enjoyed young for its vibrancy and fruit expression.

Production
Produced in the Lugana area near Lake Garda, the wine benefits from the region’s moderating lake influence and soils well suited to Trebbiano di Lugana. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested to preserve fruit quality, then vinified in stainless steel to maintain freshness, clarity, and varietal character.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, seafood pasta, light risottos, and delicate white meats. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.

Famiglia Olivini has been making wine since 1970 and is closely tied to the Lugana and Garda area, where the family has built its reputation on careful vineyard work and modern cellar practice. Today, the winery is run by Giorgio, Giordana, and Giovanni, who continue the family legacy with a clear focus on quality, hand-harvesting, and continuous investment in both the vineyard and winery.
