Sourced from carefully selected parcels across Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, and the Hautes Côtes, it brings together fruit, freshness, and regional character in a style that is both elegant and highly approachable.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, it opens with a fragrant mix of green apple, peach, white flowers, and ripe citrus. The aromatics are lifted and inviting, with a clear sense of freshness that sets the tone for the wine’s crisp, precise profile. On the palate, this Bourgogne Blanc is juicy and vibrant, with a core of light stone fruit framed by a straight, mineral edge and mouthwatering acidity. The finish is clean and refreshing, giving the wine both charm and definition. It can be enjoyed now for its youthful energy, though it will hold nicely over the next few years as its texture and complexity develop.

Production
For this Bourgogne Blanc cuvée, Olivier Leflaive hand-selects vineyard parcels from different parts of Burgundy, each vinified separately to preserve their individual expression. The blend balances the richer, more generous character of Côte Chalonnaise with the finer, more linear style of Côte de Beaune and the Hautes Côtes, creating a wine that reflects a wide cross-section of Burgundy terroir. It was aged for 12 months, with 15 months in total including time in stainless steel and bottle.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile white Burgundy that pairs beautifully with roast chicken, veal, seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, and creamy poultry dishes. It also works well with goat’s cheese, asparagus, and lightly sauced vegetarian plates. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C; decanting is not necessary, though a short period in the glass will help the aromatics open up.
