Sourced from the steep, cool slopes of Alto Adige’s Valle Isarco, this wine reflects a terroir shaped by high altitude, dramatic day-night temperature shifts, and mineral-rich mountain soils. Grapes are typically harvested by hand to preserve fruit quality, then vinified with a focus on freshness and purity, often through temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to retain the grape’s aromatic character and lively structure.

This Grüner Veltliner is a natural match for light seafood, sushi, salads, grilled vegetables, and Alpine-style dishes such as asparagus or cheese-based preparations. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
