Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Riserva shows a deep garnet hue with mature brick-red reflections. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of dark berries, plums, and warming spice, layered with hints of vanilla and cocoa from age and élevage. On the palate it is full-bodied and complex, with well-integrated acidity and tannins supporting the wine’s ripe fruit core. The finish is long, elegant, and gently savory, with lingering notes of vanilla, chocolate, and dried fruit. While already mature, it may continue to evolve gracefully for a few more years in the cellar.
