Produced in Pauillac on Bordeaux’s Left Bank, Mouton Rothschild benefits from the region’s gravelly soils, which are ideal for ripening Cabernet Sauvignon and helping the vines produce wines of structure and refinement. The blend reflects careful selection from the estate’s best parcels, with harvesting timed to capture optimal ripeness and freshness. Vinification is carried out with precision to preserve varietal character, extract depth and tannin, and support the wine’s signature balance of richness and elegance.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with premium dishes such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, game birds, or truffle-based dishes, as well as aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for several hours if opening young to allow the wine to open fully and soften its tannins.
