Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a deep ruby-garnet color with only subtle signs of maturity. The nose is expressive and layered, combining cassis, black cherry and plum with notes of cedar, tobacco leaf, graphite and warm spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and beautifully composed, with firm but refined tannins, fresh acidity and a long, elegant finish. The fruit is framed by classic Pauillac minerality and savory complexity, and while already approachable, it still has the structure to age gracefully for many years, developing further nuance over time.

Production
Made from grapes grown on the gravelly soils of Pauillac, the estate benefits from exceptional drainage and optimal ripening conditions for Bordeaux’s noble varieties. The 2007 vintage was vinified with great care to preserve freshness, balance and the château’s hallmark precision, followed by maturation in French oak barrels to add depth, texture and complexity.

Food & Serving
Best enjoyed with classic red wine dishes such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast or game birds, as well as truffle-rich or mushroom-based preparations. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if opening now to allow the wine to fully раскрывать its aromatics and soften its tannins.
