Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for grilled meats, slow-cooked lamb, roasted vegetables, and rich Mediterranean dishes such as aubergine parmigiana or ragù. Serve at around 16-18°C to best show its aromatic depth and supple texture. Decanting for 30-60 minutes is recommended, especially if enjoyed young, to let the wine open up fully.
