This non-vintage Champagne is built on the diversity and complementarity of the three classic Champagne grapes, sourced from the region’s chalky terroirs. Vinification focuses on preserving aromatic intensity and a smooth, generous texture, resulting in a Demi-Sec Champagne with a distinctly plush profile.

Nectar Impérial is a versatile food Champagne, especially good with spicy Asian dishes, glazed ham, foie gras, fruity desserts, or soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C to highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy in a tulip-shaped Champagne glass or white wine glass for the fullest expression.
