Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep golden colour with an inviting, luminous sheen. The nose opens with tropical notes of mango and guava, followed by juicy summer fruits such as nectarine, raspberry, and gooseberry. On the palate, it is fruit-forward and smooth, with flavours of strawberry, raspberry, gooseberry, and a gentle caramel-like sweetness that adds richness without feeling heavy. Designed for immediate enjoyment rather than long cellaring, it is best appreciated young and fresh.

Production
Produced in Champagne, France, this cuvée is blended from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir to achieve a balance of freshness, fruit intensity, and structure. The wine is made in a style specifically adapted for serving over ice, which softens the sweetness and highlights its bright, aromatic fruit character.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled in a large glass over a few ice cubes, ideally at around 6–8°C. It pairs naturally with fresh fruit, citrus desserts, light berry tarts, or can be enjoyed on its own as a celebratory aperitif; decanting is not recommended.
