Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, beautiful pink colour with lively, persistent bubbles. The nose is expressive and inviting, with notes of wild berries, strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant, lifted by touches of wild flowers and rhubarb. On the palate, it is soft and generous, yet crisp and attractively dry, with flavours of ripe wild berries carried by a subtle vanilla nuance. The structure feels balanced and polished, with enough freshness to keep the wine vibrant and give it a good few years of ageing potential.

This Grand Vintage Rosé is made in Champagne, France, from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes selected for the 2013 vintage. The style reflects the distinctive terroir of Champagne, where cool climate conditions preserve acidity and aromatic precision, while the traditional blend brings texture, complexity, and balance. Vinification follows the house’s approach for its vintage cuvées, with careful selection and blending to highlight the character of the harvest.

Food & Serving
This Champagne pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as salmon, tuna tartare, duck breast, grilled poultry, or berry-led desserts. It also works well with soft cheeses and can be enjoyed as an aperitif. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended for Champagne.
