This Champagne is assembled from a broad selection of over 200 crus across the Champagne region, allowing the house to build complexity, consistency, and freshness in every release. The final blend typically includes 30–40% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Pinot Meunier, and 20–30% Chardonnay, with each grape contributing structure, fruit, and elegance. Careful vinification and blending are central to the style, creating a polished non-vintage Champagne with a signature house profile.

Food & Serving
Ideal with sushi, seafood, shellfish, and fish served in light sauces, Brut Impérial also pairs beautifully with white meats and lightly sweet fruit salads. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy to preserve its freshness and sparkle.
